Santa Cruz de Rosales is a town and seat of the Rosales, Chihuahua, municipality of Rosales, in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua (state), Chihuahua. Meoqui
Meoqui is one of the 67 municipalities of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico. The municipal seat lies at Pedro Meoqui. The municipality covers an area of 370 km², making it one of the smallest in the state but one of the most densely populated. As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 43,833, up from 41,389 as of 2005. The municipality had 882 localities, the largest of which (with 2010 populations in parentheses) were: Pedro Meoqui (22,574), Lázaro Cárdenas (8,704), classified as urban, and Estación Consuelo (1,981), Colonia Felipe Ángeles (1,254), and Guadalupe Victoria (1,045), classified as rural. Conchos River
The Río Conchos (Conchos River) is a large river in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It joins the Río Bravo del Norte (known in the United States as the Rio Grande) at the town of Ojinaga, Chihuahua. Description The Rio Conchos is the main river in the state of Chihuahua and the Rio Grande's largest tributary. It is one of the most important river systems in all of northern Mexico.
