The Sanremo Music Festival 1991 was the 41st annual Sanremo Music Festival, held at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, province of Imperia, between 27 February and 2 March 1991 and broadcast on Rai 1. The show was presented by actors Andrea Occhipinti and Edwige Fenech. Adriano Aragozzini served as artistic director. Umberto Antonio Tozzi (; born 4 March 1952) is an Italian pop and rock singer and composer. Maurizio Fabrizio (born 16 March 1952) is an Italian composer, conductor, arranger, producer, musician and singer-songwriter. Life and career Born in Milan, after studying at the conservatory in 1969 Fabrizio became a member of the La Scala orchestra as a percussionist under the direction of Claudio Abbado. Life and career Born in Rome, Minghi started his career in the mid-1960s participating in a large number of musical contests, and then making his professional debut in 1966 with the single "Alla fine", with lyrics by Mogol.
