Mira Lesmanawati or better known as Mira Lesmana (born in Jakarta, Indonesia on August 8, 1964) is an Indonesian film director, producer and songwriter of mixed Dutch, Javanese and Madurese descent. The Dreamer (Indonesian: Sang Pemimpi) is the second novel in the tetralogy Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata published by Bentang Pusaka in July 2006. In this novel, Hirata explores the relationship of friendship and brotherhood between Ikal and Arai. Synopsis In The Dreamer, it is about life in the days of high school. The three main characters are Ikal, Arai and Jimbron. Andrea Hirata (born October 24, 1967) is an Indonesian author best known for the 2005 novel ''Laskar Pelangi'' ("The Rainbow Troops") and its sequels. Biography Hirata was born in Gantung, Belitung. While he was young, his parents changed his name seven times. They eventually settled on the name Andrea, while the name Hirata was given by his mother.
