Sandakozhi
''Sandakozhi'' () is a 2005 Indian Tamil language, Tamil-language action film written and directed by N. Linguswamy and produced by Vikram Krishna under the banner of G K Film Corporation, which stars Vishal (actor), Vishal, Meera Jasmine, Rajkiran, and Lal (actor), Lal in lead roles, whilst Raja, Suman Setty, and Ganja Karuppu as supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film released on 16 December 2005 to rave reviews and has become one of the huge hits in 2005, running for more than 200 days in theatres. It was declared a blockbuster at the box office and cult film for action film genre. The Telugu language, Telugu dubbed version titled ''Pandem Kodi'' was released on 19 May 2006 and was commercially successful. The film was remade in Kannada as ''Vayuputra''. ''Sandakozhi 2'' () is a 2018 Indian Tamil language, Tamil-language action film written and directed by N. Linguswamy. A sequel to ''Sandakozhi'', the film stars Vishal (actor), Vishal and Rajkiran reprising their roles from the first film, alongside Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. It also happens to be Vishal's 25th film. The film began production during September 2017 and was released on 18 October 2018. Vishal (actor)
Vishal Krishna Reddy (born 29 August 1977), also known as Vishal, is an Indian actor and film producer from Tamil cinema. The younger son of film producer G. K. Reddy, Vishal studied Visual Communications at Loyola College, Chennai. Best known for his roles in action films, he produces films under his production company, Vishal Film Factory. Vishal made an entrance into the film industry as an assistant director for Arjun. Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja or Abdul Haliq (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer and singer-songwriter. He mainly scores music for Tamil films. Considered a versatile composer, he is particularly known for his use of Western music elements and often credited with having introduced hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Thennavan is an Indian actor who has appeared in supporting roles. After making his debut in Bharathiraja's ''En Uyir Thozhan'' (1990), the actor was recognised for his work in ''Gemini'' (2002) ''Virumaandi'' (2004) and ''Jay Jay'' (2003).
