Rajkiran
J. Mohideen Abdul Khadar, known by his stage name Rajkiran, is an Indian actor, producer and director, who has acted in more than 30 Tamil films. Early life Rajkiran was born as J. Mohideen Abdul Khadar on 16 March 1959 at Keelakarai into a Muslim family. Film career Rajkiran began by producing two Ramarajan starrer films and in one of them he appeared in a brief role. In 1991, he produced and acted in lead role in Kasthuri Raja's debut film, ''En Rasavin Manasile'' which had a silver jubilee run. He won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize and the Cinema Express – Best New Face Award for his performance. He directed, produced and acted in lead role in ''Aranmanai Kili'' (1993) and ''Ellame En Rasathan'' (1995), which also had silver jubilee runs. In 1996, he acted in ''Manikkam'' which was an average grosser at the box-office. The following year, he worked in ''Pasamulla Pandiyare''. The film turned out to be a failure. ''En Rasavin Manasile'' () is a 1991 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Kasthuri Raja in his directorial debut. The film stars Rajkiran and Meena. The film, produced by Rajkiran, had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja and was released on 13 April 1991. The film had a silver jubilee run and gave a break to Rajkiran and Meena. ''Pa Paandi'' (also known by its former title ''Power Paandi'') is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film, written and directed by Dhanush in his directorial debut. He also produced the movie under his studio Wunderbar Films. ''Ellame En Rasathan'' is a 1995 Indian Tamil-language drama film produced and directed by Rajkiran. The film stars Rajkiran, Sangita and Roopa Sree. It was released on 14 April 1995 and emerged a box-office hit. The film was remade in Telugu as ''Soggadi Pellam'' (1996). Plot Singarasu comes to a remote village with his daughter.
