The Secretary for Finance and Budget ( it, Segretario di Stato per le finanze e il bilancio) is the Minister of Finance of San Marino. Together with the Secretary for Interior and the Secretary for Foreign Affairs, this officer is one of the three members of the executive Congress of State directly appointed by the Grand and General Council, the parliament of the republic. The position was established in 1969. The Secretary for Foreign Affairs ( it, Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici) is the minister for foreign affairs of San Marino.
