Samuele Bersani
Samuele Bersani (born 1 October 1970, in Rimini, Italy) is an Italian singer-songwriter. He received the "Mia Martini" Critics Award at the Sanremo Music Festival in 2000 and in 2012, with the songs "Replay" and "Un pallone", respectively. His best known songs also include "Giudizi universali", released in 1997 and certified in 2017 as a platinum-selling single by the Federation of the Italian Music Industry, and " Spaccacuore", which was later covered by Italian singer Laura Pausini. In 2000, Bersani recorded the soundtrack of the film '' Chiedimi se sono felice'', by Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo. In 2007, he won the Amnesty International Italy "Voci per la liberta" Award for "Occhiali rotti", a song included in his album ''L'aldiqua'' (2006) and written in memory of journalist Enzo Baldoni. Rimini ( , ; rgn, Rémin; la, Ariminum) is a city in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy and capital city of the Province of Rimini. Festivalbar
The Festivalbar was an Italian singing competition that took place in the most important Italian squares during summer, such as the Piazza del Duomo, Catania or Piazza Bra, Verona. The first edition took place in 1964 and was broadcast by RAI. The competition was held throughout the summer and the final round always took place at the Arena in Verona after 3-4 events in various cities of Italy. History Originally, the Festivalbar was a competition made with data from jukeboxes in Italian bars, so the competition was a one evening event transmitted by RAI. From 1983, Mediaset started to transmit this programme and the Festivalbar would change its location every week. The original promoter of the Festivalbar was Vittorio Salvetti. Adnkronos is an Italian news agency. History and profile Adnkronos was established in 1963 by a merger of two agencies, ''Kronos'' (founded in 1951) and ''Agenzia Di Notizie'' (founded in 1959). The agency is based in Rome. Adnkronos is owned by Giuseppe Marra Communications. Its editor-in-chief is Giuseppe Marra. The agency was expanded to include Adnkronos Salute which is a health agency. In 2003, the agency established its International office, Adnkronos International, which provides news and reports in Arabic and English, mainly from the Arab world. Italian Regional Elections, 1995
The Italian regional elections of 1995 were held on April 23. These regional elections were the first ones that were held with the new electoral law called "Tatarellum" (from the name of its rapporteur, Giuseppe Tatarella). The centre-left coalition won in nine regions, while the centre-right coalition won in only six regions. Tatarella law A new electoral law for ordinary Regions of Italy was adopted in 1995, replacing the 1970 original one, in aim to abolish PR and its political instability. If 80% of the seats continued to be chosen with the old PR through provincial lists, the 20% was assigned at large though block voting to the best regional coalition of parties. The Italian Communist Party ( it, Partito Comunista Italiano, PCI) was a communist political party in Italy. The PCI was founded as ''Communist Party of Italy'' on 21 January 1921 in Livorno by seceding from the Italian Socialist Party (PSI). Amadeo Bordiga, Antonio Gramsci, and Nicola Bombacci led the split. Outlawed during the Fascist regime, the party played a major role in the Italian resistance movement.
