Samuel Wembé
Samuel Wembé (1 January 1947 – 12 April 2020) was a Cameroonian businessman who also served as a deputy in the Cameroon National Assembly. Biography Wembé was born on 1 January 1947 in French Cameroon. He once served as a Deputy for Mifi. He was heavily involved in importation and exportation in Douala. He also served as chairman of the board of directors of RC Bafoussam. French Cameroon
French Cameroon or French Cameroons (french: link=no, Cameroun) was a French mandate territory in Central Africa. It now forms part of the independent country of Cameroon. History Beginnings The area of present-day Cameroon came under German sovereignty during the "Scramble for Africa" at the end of the 19th century. The German protectorate commenced in 1884 with a treaty with local chiefs in the Douala area, in particular Ndumbe Lobe Bell, then gradually it was extended to the interior. National Assembly (Cameroon)
The National Assembly (french: Assemblée Nationale) is the lower house of the Parliament of Cameroon. It has 180 members, elected for five-year terms in 49 single and multi-seat constituencies. Together with the senate, it constitutes the legislative arm of government. Although multiparty elections have been held since 1992, the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC), the ruling party since independence, has always retained control of the National Assembly. Racing Club de Bafoussam is a Cameroonian football club based in Bafoussam. They are a member of the Cameroonian Football Federation. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by a virus, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
