Samson Chan
"Samson" Chan Kai Yiu (born 5 December 1956) is a Canadian-born Hong Kong racing driver currently competing in the TCR Asia Series. Having previously competed in the Asian Le Mans Series, GT Asia Series and Asian Formula Renault Series amongst others. Racing career Chan began his career in 1996 in the BPR Global GT Series. In 2004 he switched to the Asian Formula Renault Series. From 2008-11 he raced in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, GT Asia Series and Malaysian Super Series. In 2012 Chan switched to the Asian GT Series, he won the championship that year. In 2014 he raced in the Asian Le Mans Series, finishing the season 3rd in the standings. In September 2015 it was announced that he would race in the first ever TCR Asia Series round in Sepang, driving a SEAT León Cup Racer for Roadstar Racing. 2013 Asian Formula Renault Series Season
2013 Asian Formula Renault Series (aka AFR Series) is the 14th season since its being created by FRD back in 2000. The Series bases the races in Zhuhai International Circuit as 4 rounds of races to be held there. For 3 of them, AFR joined Pan Delta Racing Festival and for the season finale, it will be a support race of the Zhuhai 500 km Endurance Race. Moreover, the AFR series will return to Shanghai for this season as the series holds a round of races on May 1–2 at Shanghai International Circuit. This year's AFR Series will see drivers to be divided in 3 categories – International, Asian and Masters Class. Marina Bay Street Circuit
The Marina Bay Street Circuit (otherwise known as the Singapore Street Circuit) is a street circuit around Marina Bay, Singapore, encompassing the planning areas of Downtown Core (Turns 4 to 23) and Kallang (Turns 1 to 3). It is the venue for the Singapore Grand Prix. The track is long in a harbourside location similar in style to the Circuit de Monaco and the Valencia Street Circuit. The race circuit was founded as Österreichring (translation: Austrian Circuit) and hosted the Austrian Grand Prix for 18 consecutive years, from to . Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as ''Circuit de Valencia'' and officially named ''Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo'', is a motorsport race track located in Cheste (Valencian Community, Spain) and built in 1999.
