Salvatore Miceli
Salvatore Miceli (; born April 12, 1946, in Salemi) is a member of the Sicilian Mafia. He was on the "Most wanted list" of the Italian Ministry of the Interior from 2001 until his arrest in Venezuela in June 2009. Some Mafia turncoats (pentiti) referred to Miceli as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, due to his frequent trips abroad. Others called him "the chicken that lays golden eggs", referring to his lucrative drug business. Drug trafficker Miceli was born in Salemi, Italy, in the province of Trapani. Salemi is a town and ''comune'' in southwestern Sicily, Italy, administratively part of the province of Trapani. Giovanni Brusca
Giovanni Brusca (; born 20 February 1957) is an Italian mobster and former member of the Corleonesi clan of the Sicilian Mafia. He had a major role in the 1992 murders of Antimafia Commission prosecutor Giovanni Falcone and businessman Ignazio Salvo, and once stated that he had committed between 100 and 200 murders. Brusca had been sentenced to life imprisonment ''in absentia'' for Mafia association and multiple murder. He was captured in 1996, turned ''pentito'', and his sentence reduced to 26 years in prison.
