Salman Nazar
Salman Nazar (born 29 March 1991) is a Canadian cricketer who plays as bowler for the Canada national cricket team. Salman is an left-handed batsman and a slow left-arm orthodox bowler. He is regarded as one of the best fielders of Canada. Salman's consistency as a bowling all-rounder is admired in Canada's domestic circuit for over a decade. He is first Canadian cricketer to take 400 wickets in Canadian domestic tournaments. Career Salman Nazar made his first-class debut against the Netherlands on 22 August 2013. On his debut, he made 60 runs off 76 balls. In 2012, Salman made his debut in Twenty20 for Canada in Caribbean Twenty20 what's now known as Caribbean Premier League. After the tour, Salman decided to spend a summer in England, and signed a contract with Spring View Cricket Club in the Bolton Cricket Association. The 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier A was a cricket tournament that took place in February 2022 in Oman, as one of two global tournaments that together form the final stage of the qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. United States National Cricket Team
The United States national cricket team is the team that represents the United States in international cricket. The team was formerly organised by the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA), which became an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1965. In June 2017, the USACA was expelled by the ICC due to governance and financing issues, with the U.S. team being temporarily overseen by ICC Americas until a new sanctioning body was established. The 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Americas Qualifier was a cricket tournament that was played as part of the qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. The 2019 Global T20 Canada was the second edition of the Global T20 Canada, a 20-over professional cricket tournament, played at the CAA Centre, Brampton, Ontario. It started on 25 July 2019, and concluded with the final on 11 August 2019. It was slightly later in the calendar than the previous tournament, to avoid clashing with the 2019 Cricket World Cup. The 2018–19 Regional Super50 was the 45th edition of the Regional Super50, the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the Cricket West Indies (CWI). The tournament started on 3 October 2018. The players' draft for the tournament took place in May 2018. The Windward Islands were the defending champions. The Global T20 Canada is a 20-over cricket tournament played in Canada. The first edition of the tournament took place during June and July 2018 with six teams competing. Each team featured four local Canadian cricketers in each squad, along with international players. The 2018 Global T20 Canada (also known as Canada Dry Global T20 Canada for sponsorship reasons) of the Global T20 Canada, was a 20-over cricket cricket tournament played in Canada.
