Saleh Al-Qadhi
Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Qadhi (Arabic: صالح بن عبد الله القاضي, born January 11, 1959) is the current Mayor of 'Asir Region, Saudi Arabia. He is the former Acting Mayor of Medina and previously served in the 'Asir Region communal council. He has over thirty years of experience in private and public sectors. He received a bachelor's degree in Agricultural engineering from King Faisal University, al-Hasa. Al-Qadhi is committed to providing the citizens improved infrastructures and recently implementing a major public transportation program for commuter, tram, water ferries, buses, bridges and stations. He is encouraging PPP to provide projects for housing, commercial development, leisure and recreational. Abha
Abha ( ar, أَبْهَا, ') is the capital of 'Asir Region in Saudi Arabia, with a population of 1,093,705 as of 2021. It is situated above sea level in the fertile Asir Mountains of south-western Saudi Arabia, near Asir National Park. Abha's mild climate makes it a popular tourist destination for Saudis. 'Asir Region
The ʿAsir Region ( ar, عَسِيرٌ, ʿAsīr, lit=difficult) is a region of Saudi Arabia located in the southwest of the country that is named after the ʿAsīr tribe. It has an area of and an estimated population of 2,211,875 (2017). King Faisal University (KFU) ( ar, جامعة الملك فيصل ') is a public university with the main campus in the city of Hofuf in Al-Ahsa Governorate, Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia founded in 1975.
