Saher ( ar, سحر, he, סהר) is either a feminine given name of Arabic origin, common throughout the Persian-speaking and Muslim worlds, or unisex given name of Hebrew origin, used mainly in Israel. Though the Arabic and Hebrew names are phonologically identical and both derive from Semitic languages, they are nonetheless etymologically unrelated. Sahar Moghadass (, born 4 December 1985), Mononymous person, known mononymously as Sahar (), is an Iranian singer, musician and dancer. She is known for her contributions to Iranian pop music, Persian pop music. Early life and education Sahar Moghadass was born in Tehran, Iran. Her father was from Tehran, while her mother was from Semnan, Iran, Semnan. Her grandfather is of Bulgarian origins. Sahar developed an interest in music at a precocious age. Sahar Baassiri (also spelled Baasiri) ( ar, سحر بعاصيري) is currently Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Lebanon to UNESCO in Paris. Prior to her move into diplomacy she was a trailblazing Lebanese people, Lebanese journalist. Ms. Baassiri worked for the leading Lebanese daily An-Nahar newspaper between 1981 and 2009. In 1993, she became the first female foreign editor at a Lebanese daily newspapers. And was the first woman in the Arab world to write a front-page column in a daily paper. She was also the United Press International (UPI), Beirut correspondent between 1989 and 1991. She is the author of two books (in Arabic): Lebanon on Hold and The Wandering Arabs both published in 2009 by Dar An-Nahar. Sahār is a village and community development block in Bhojpur district of Bihar, India. The sub-district contains 51 inhabited villages, including that of Sahar itself, with a total district population of 110,276 as of 2011. The Sahar Elevated Access Road, abbreviated to SEAR, is a dedicated, elevated, express access road in Mumbai that connects the Western Express Highway (WEH) near Hanuman Nagar junction in Vile Parle, with the forecourts of Terminal T2 of the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The road improves access and travel times between the WEH and the airport. The 2.2 km long access road has 4 entry and 2 exit points. The road also includes an underpass for vehicles travelling on the WEH and a pedestrian subway; as well as an underpass, a tunnel, and ramps connecting the highway to the terminal which bypasses the congested roadways below.
