Sport Vereniging Estrella is an Aruban football (soccer), football club, which currently plays in Aruba's first division. They are based in Papilon, Santa Cruz, Aruba, Santa Cruz. The team is one of the most successful in Aruban football, and they are one of the two Aruban teams that won the Netherlands Antilles Championship. Trinidad Stadium
Guillermo Prospero Trinidad Stadium (officially known as ''Compleho Deportivo Guillermo Prospero Trinidad'') is a multi-purpose stadium in Oranjestad, Aruba. It is Aruba's National Stadium, named after Guillermo Trinidad, a politician from the same neighbourhood (Dakota). Originally the stadium was named after former Dutch Queen Wilhelmina, but the name was changed in 1994 after the renovations were completed. The stadium hosts soccer matches and also track and field competitions. It has a capacity of approximately 5,500 spectators. Oranjestad ( , , ; literally "Orange City") is the capital and largest city of Aruba, a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Aruban Division di Honor or Campeonato AVB Aruba Bank is the top level association football league in Aruba. It is overseen by the Arubaanse Voetbal Bond and was created in 1960. Up to and including 1985, the top clubs from Aruba also entered the Kopa Antiano for the championship of the Netherlands Antilles, RCA and Estrella were the only Aruban teams to win that championship in 1965 and 1970. The winner of the league starts the qualifications for the CONCACAF Champions Cup from the first round of the CFU Club Championship. The 10th-placed team is relegated to the Division Uno, while the 8th and the 9th-placed teams play a 4-team round-robin with the 2nd and the 3rd of the second level to decide the relegation from or the promotion to the Division di Honor. Santa Cruz is a Region and Town in central Aruba, dominated by the Arikok National Park. The town is connected by Highway 7 from west to east and Highway 4 from north to south. Netherlands Antilles Championship or Kopa Antiano was the premier association football competition in the Netherlands Antilles, overseen by the Nederlands Antilliaanse Voetbal Unie. The CONCACAF Champions League, known officially as the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons, is an annual continental club football competition organized by CONCACAF. The tournament is contested by clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The 1971 CONCACAF Champions' Cup was the 7th edition of the annual international club football competition held in the CONCACAF region (North America, Central America and the Caribbean), the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. It determined that year's club champion of association football in the CONCACAF region. It was played from 22 August 1971 till 19 April 1972 under the home/away match system. The teams were split into 3 zones (North American, Central American and Caribbean), each one qualifying two teams to the final tournament, played for the first time in a group system.
