Adriano Panatta (born 9 July 1950) is a former professional tennis player from Italy. He won the French Open in 1976, and was the only player ever to defeat Björn Borg at Roland Garros, doing so on two occasions. William Brown (born January 14, 1945 in Omaha, Nebraska) is a retired professional tennis player from the United States. The right-hander was active during the 1970s and 1980s, and won four doubles titles on the tour: the 1973 Omaha Open, 1975 American Airlines Tennis Games (Tucson), 1975 at Shreveport and the 1976 Columbus Open. János Benyik
János Benyik (born 4 June 1951) is a Hungarian former professional tennis player. Biography Benyik, a right-handed player, was a two-time Hungarian national champion and competed on the professional tour in the 1970s. While playing on the Grand Prix circuit he had wins over Frank Froehling, Paolo Bertolucci and Eliot Teltscher. He twice reached the quarter-finals of the Austrian Open and as a doubles player was a finalist at Shreveport in 1975, partnering Róbert Machán. His only grand slam singles main draw appearance came at the 1976 French Open, where his first round opponent Antonio Muñoz won after being two sets down. Paolo Bertolucci (born 3 August 1951) is an Italian former professional tennis player. He is currently working as sport commentator for Italian SKY Italia, Sky TV. Bertolucci won the Davis Cup with Italy in 1976. His greatest success on ATP Tour was the victory at the 1977 Hamburg Masters, where he beat Manuel Orantes in the final in four sets. The ATP Florence used to be a defunct men's tennis tournament that was played on the Rothman's Spring Mediterranean circuit in 1973, the Grand Prix tennis circuit from 1974 through 1989 and the ATP Tour 1990 through 1994. The tournament was held in Florence, Italy and was competed on outdoor clay courts. From 1973 through 1989, it was played in the weeks preceding the French Open; however, from 1990, it was played the week immediately after.
