Ryouki Kamitsubo
is a Japanese director and storyboard artist best known for co-directing ''Hidamari Sketch'' with Akiyuki Shinbo. Career Kamitsubo began his career in the anime industry as a photographer and episode director with studios Gonzo (company), Gonzo and Studio Deen. In 2004, he worked under Akiyuki Shinbo on the original anime series ''Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha'', and the following year was brought into Shaft (company), Shaft by Shinbo the following year, where his first project with the company was as an episode director on ''Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase''. He would later make his series directorial debut with Shinbo and Shaft in 2007 with ''Hidamari Sketch''. Soon after, he left the company and began working on various Xebec (studio), Xebec projects, including his own series ''Softenni'' and ''Hen Semi''. Koichi Chigira
is a Japanese animator and director who has directed several anime series, usually working with Gonzo and formerly worked at Madhouse. Chigira is best known for directing ''Full Metal Panic!'' and ''Last Exile''. Career Chigira joined Tatsunoko Production in 1979, working at the effects department. His first major work was as technical director on ''Venus Wars'' in 1989. Chigira later moved to the production department where he worked as a storyboard artist on ''Miracle Giants Dome-kun''. is a Japanese manga series and a PlayStation 2 video game created by Namco. The video game and manga were both initially released in Japan in 2003. Studio Deen produced a 12-episode anime television series broadcast on TBS in Japan in 2004. Umanosuke Iida
(also known as Tsutomu Iida) was a Japanese anime creator, director, screenwriter. Iida died due to lung cancer. Iida was born in Urakawa, Hokkaido and graduated from Hokkaido Urakawa High School. He was a member of the Japan Animation Creators Association (JAniCA). He died of lung cancer at a hospital in Kiyose, Tokyo on November 26, 2010 at the age of 49. At the farewell ceremony, Hayao Miyazaki read a eulogy. He passed during production of the anime Towa No Quon, which he had been set to direct. After his death, production was taken over by Takeshi Mori, who was credited as co-director.
