Rush Township is one of the twelve townships of Champaign County, Ohio, United States. The 2020 census reported 2,788 people living in the township. Geography Located in the northeastern corner of the county, it borders the following townships: * Allen Township, Union County - northeast * Union Township, Union County - east * Goshen Township - south * Union Township - southwest corner * Wayne Township - west * Zane Township, Logan County - northwest Two villages are located in Rush Township: North Lewisburg in the northwest, and Woodstock in the east. Allen Township, Union County, Ohio
Allen Township is one of the fourteen townships of Union County, Ohio, United States. The 2010 census found 2,263 people in the township. History Statewide, other Allen Townships are located in Darke, Hancock, and Ottawa Counties. Allen Township was organized on June 5, 1827. The town was named for Daniel Allen, one of the first settlers to the area. Allen was one of the first thirteen citizens to vote in the township, and was one of the first trustees.
