Rovasenda Railway Station
Rovasenda railway station ( it, Stazione di Rovasenda) is one of two train stations, serving the ''comune'' of Rovasenda (situated in the valley part of hill), in the Piedmont Regions of Italy, region, Northwest Italy, northwestern Italy. It is the junction (rail), junction of the Biella–Novara railway, Biella–Novara. It also plays a role interchange with station Rovasenda Alta railway station, Rovasenda Alta of line Santhià–Arona railway, Santhià–Arona. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). Train services are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. Rovasenda Alta Railway Station
Rovasenda railway station ( it, Stazione di Rovasenda Alta) is one of two train stations, serving the ''comune'' of Rovasenda (situated in the mount part of hill), in the Piedmont Regions of Italy, region, Northwest Italy, northwestern Italy. The name "Alta" (High) has been assigned to distinguish by the station low. It is the junction (rail), junction of the Santhià–Arona railway, Santhià–Arona. It also plays a role interchange with station Rovasenda (low) of line Biella–Novara railway, Biella–Novara. The station is remained without traffic from 17 June 2012, because suspension of service on the railway, by decision of the Piedmont, Piedmont Region. Rovasenda (stream)
The Rovasenda is a 38 km long stream#Intermittent and ephemeral streams, stream () of Piedmont, in north-western Italy. It's a left side tributary of the Cervo (river), Cervo which flows through the provinces of Province of Biella, Biella and Province of Vercelli, Vercelli. Geography The Rovasenda is formed in the eastern and hilly part of the Alpi Biellesi from the confluence of three streams; Riale Ravasanella, Rio Valnava and Rio della Valle. The stream is initially named ''Torrente Giara'' and gets the name of ''Torrente Rovasenda'' near a town of the same name, Rovasenda. Heading south it crosses the Baraggia heathland and then the paddy fields of the province of Vercelli. Near Villarboit the Rovasenda is overpassed by Canale Cavour (one of the main irrigation canals in Italy) through a water bridge.
