Rose Ann Finkel (1946–2020) was an American businesswoman who ran craft breweries and wine importing companies in Seattle. She co-founded Merchant du Vin and Pike Brewing with her husband Charles Finkel. She also co-owned the gourmet market Truffles. Early life She was born in 1946 in New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in Houston, Houston, Texas. She graduated from high school in 1964 and pursued dental hygiene as a career because it paid better than other options for women. A myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is one of a group of cancers in which immature blood cells in the bone marrow do not mature, and as a result, do not develop into healthy blood cells.
