Romain Jacob (born 18 August 1988 in France) is a French professional boxer. He is a former EBU Super Featherweight champion. Professional career On 28 June 2013 Jacob defeated Martín Cardona by fifth-round technical knockout to win the IBF Youth Super Featherweight title. Super featherweight, also known as junior lightweight, is a boxing weight classes, weight division in professional boxing, contested between and . The super featherweight division was established by the New York Walker Law in 1920, although first founded by the New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC) in 1930. Gravelines
Gravelines (, ; ; ) is a commune in the Nord department in Northern France. It lies at the mouth of the river Aa southwest of Dunkirk. It was formed in the 12th century around the mouth of a canal built to connect Saint-Omer with the sea. As it was on the western borders of Spanish territory in Flanders it became heavily fortified, some of which remains. There is a market in the town square (Place Charles Valentin) on Fridays. The "Arsenal" approached from the town square is home to an extensive and carefully displayed art collection. There are modern bronze statues in the grounds. Bruay-la-Buissière (; vls, Bruwaei, pcd, Brouay-l'Bussière) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region in northern France. Geography A former coalmining town some southwest of Béthune and southwest of Lille, at the junction of the D57 and the N47 roads. History With four coal mines, it was the headquarters of the Bruay Mining Company. The coal mines closed during the 1960s, to be replaced by light industrial work and chemical factories. Amnéville (; german: Amenweiler, 1940–45: ) is a commune in the Moselle department in Grand Est in northeastern France. The town is an important tourist and thermal spa center in France.
