Roger Sargent (photographer)
Roger Sargent (born 1970 in London) is a British photographer known for his work with bands and musicians. Sargent graduated with a documentary photography degree at Newport College. Sargent has worked as a music photographer for NME, Melody Maker, ID Magazine, Rolling Stone, MOJO and The Guardian and was awarded the outstanding contribution to music photography at the 2007 Record of the Day Awards for Music Journalism and PR. In 2012 he received the Outstanding Contribution to Music Photography Award at the NME awards. Melody Maker
''Melody Maker'' was a British weekly music magazine, one of the world's earliest music weeklies; according to its publisher, IPC Media, the earliest. It was founded in 1926, largely as a magazine for dance band musicians, by Leicester-born composer, publisher Lawrence Wright; the first editor was Edgar Jackson. Trampolene are a Welsh alternative rock band from Swansea. They are Jack Jones (Welsh musician), Jack Jones (vocals, guitar, spoken word), Wayne Thomas (bass, vocals) and Kyle "Mr" Williams (drums, vocals). Baxter Dury (born 18 December 1971) is an English indie musician, originally signed to Rough Trade Records. Early life Baxter Dury is the son of Ian Dury and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Rathmell. Norman Quentin Cook (born Quentin Leo Cook, 31 July 1963), also known by his stage name Fatboy Slim, is an English musician, DJ, and record producer who helped to popularise the big beat genre in the 1990s. Robert Arthur Mould (born October 16, 1960) is an American musician, principally known for his work as guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for alternative rock bands Hüsker Dü in the 1980s and Sugar in the 1990s.
