Roberto De La Rosa
Roberto Carlos de la Rosa González (born 4 January 2000) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga MX club Pachuca and the Mexico national team. Club career Born in Texcoco, State of Mexico, de la Rosa began playing football in the Pachuca's youth system. Manager Diego Alonso eventually brought him into the senior club and made his professional debut on 12 August 2017 in a Liga MX match against Tigres UANL, coming on as a substitute in a 2–1 victory. On 16 December, he scored in the 2017 FIFA Club World Cup third place match against hosts Al-Jazira in a 4–1 win, making him the youngest player to ever score in a FIFA Club World Cup. On 26 February 2019, he scored his first professional goal in a Copa MX round of 16 match against América in a 5–2 loss. Texcoco De Mora
Texcoco de Mora () is a city located in the State of Mexico, 25 km northeast of Mexico City. Texcoco de Mora is the municipal seat of the municipality of Texcoco. In the pre-Hispanic era, this was a major Aztec city on the shores of Lake Texcoco. After the Conquest, the city was initially the second most important after Mexico City, but its importance faded over time, becoming more rural in character. Over the colonial and post-independence periods, most of Lake Texcoco was drained and the city is no longer on the shore and much of the municipality is on lakebed. Numerous Aztec archeological finds have been discovered here, including the 125 tonne stone statue of Tlaloc, which was found near San Miguel Coatlinchán and now resides at the Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City. Clausura 2019 Copa MX
The Clausura 2019 Copa MX was the 81st staging of the Copa MX, the 53rd staging in the professional era and is the fourteenth tournament played since the 2012 return of the competition, following its hiatus after the 1996–97 edition. The tournament started on 8 January 2019 and ended on 10 April 2019. The final was held at Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez in Ciudad Juárez with the visiting team América defeating Juárez 0–1 to win their record sixth title. As winners, América earned the right to face Cruz Azul in the 2019 Supercopa MX. However, they also won the Apertura 2018 Liga MX, and thus qualified for the 2019 Campeón de Campeones. Leagues Cup
The Leagues Cup is an annual association football competition between clubs from Major League Soccer and Liga MX in North America. It debuted in July 2019 with four teams participating from each league. The first edition was a single-elimination tournament hosted in the United States with a final played in Las Vegas on September 18, 2019. Beginning in 2023, the tournament will be expanded to include all clubs from MLS and Liga MX, and will function as the regional cup for the North American zone within CONCACAF, with the top three teams qualifying for the CONCACAF Champions League. The CONCACAF Champions League, known officially as the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons, is an annual continental club football competition organized by CONCACAF. The 2019–20 Liga MX season (known as the Liga BBVA MX for sponsorship reasons) was the 73rd professional season of the top-flight football league in Mexico.
