Robert Emmetts GAA
Robert Emmetts GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in East London, England. The club is primarily concerned with the game of hurling. History Robert Emmetts hurling club was founded in Bow Palais on 20 March 1948, with a Gaelic football club initiated less than six months later. The club's first game was against Thomas McCurtains and they competed in the London IHC for much of their existence. Robert Emmetts made their big breakthrough in 2004 when they defeated Fr. Murphy's to win the London SHC title. It was the first of the club's nine senior titles. Robert Emmetts defeated Killimordaly to become the first overseas winners of the All-Ireland Club IHC title in 2007. Greenford () is a suburb in the London Borough of Ealing in west London, England, lying west from Charing Cross. It has a population of 46,787 inhabitants, or 62,126 with the inclusion of Perivale. All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship
The GAA Hurling All-Ireland Intermediate Club Championship, known simply as the All-Ireland Club Championship, is an annual inter-county hurling competition organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the second highest inter-county club hurling competition in Ireland, and has been contested every year since the 2004-05 championship. The final, currently held on the third Saturday in January, is the culmination of a series of games played between October and January with the winners receiving the cup. The All-Ireland Championship has always been played on a straight knockout basis whereby once a team loses they are eliminated from the championship. Currently qualification is limited to teams competing in the Connacht Championship, the Leinster Championship, the Munster Championship and the Ulster Championship. 2014 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship
The 2014 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 31st staging of the All-Ireland hurling championship for players in the intermediate grade since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1961. The championship began on 25 May 2014 and ended on 9 August 2014. Tipperary were the defending champions, however, they were defeated in the provincial decider. Ronan Crowley
Ronan Crowley (born 1990) is an Irish hurler who plays as a left corner-forward for the Lancashire senior team. Born in Bandon, County Cork, Crowley first played competitive hurling and Gaelic football at St. Brogan's College. He simultaneously came to prominence at juvenile and underage levels with the Bandon club, winning divisional championship medals in the minor and under-21 grades. Crowley subsequently enjoyed success with the Bandon adult team, winning an intermediate championship medal in 2011 and a premier intermediate championship medal in 2016. He currently plays with St. Peter's in Manchester. Crowley made his debut on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he was selected for the Cork minor team. He enjoyed one championship season with the minor team, culminating with the winning of a Munster medal. He subsequently joined the Cork intermediate team, winning an All-Ireland medal in 2014. The 2006–07 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship was the third staging of the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 2004.
