Ann Fienup-Riordan
Ann Fienup-Riordan (born 1948) is an American cultural anthropologist known for her work with the Yup'ik of western Alaska, particularly on Nelson Island and the Yukon–Kuskokwim Delta. She lives in Anchorage, Alaska. She received her Ph.D. in anthropology in 1980 from the University of Chicago, where she was influenced by David M. Schneider. Her dissertation was based on 1976-77 fieldwork on Nelson Island, Alaska. Mike Riordan (basketball)
Michael W. Riordan (born July 9, 1945) is an American former professional basketball player. A 6'4" guard/ forward from Holy Cross High School (Queens, New York) and Providence College, Riordan played 9 seasons (1968–1977) in the National Basketball Association as a member of the New York Knicks and Baltimore/Capital/Washington Bullets. He scored 6,334 points in his NBA career and won an NBA Championship with the Knicks in 1970. He was traded along with Dave Stallworth and an undisclosed amount of cash to the Baltimore Bullets for Earl Monroe on November 11, 1971. He was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team in 1973. ''The Riordans'' was the second Irish television drama serial made by Raidio Telefís Éireann (then called ''Telefís Éireann''). Terry Riordan (born July 27, 1973) is a former professional lacrosse player. He was a member of Major League Lacrosse's Los Angeles Riptide and plays attack. He also played for the Long Island Lizards in 2001 and 2002. Terry's brother James played lacrosse at Penn and another brother, Dan, had a brief career in the NLL.
