Revaz Gotsiridze
Revaz Gotsiridze ( ka, რევაზ გოცირიძე; born 17 January 1981) is a Georgian football manager and a former player. Since May 2023, he has been the head coach at Lokomotivi Tbilisi. Career Gotsiridze left Georgia for Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih in April 2003. But in end of season he was sent back to WIT Georgia. At WIT Georgia, he became team top-scorer and scored in champions playoffs to win Umaglesi Liga in 2004. At the end of season he left Georgia again, this time to KAMAZ Naberezhnye Chelny of Russian First Division. In January 2007, Gotsiridze returned to Caucasus for Olimpi Rustavi, where he won Umaglesi Liga again. FC Torpedo Kutaisi is a Georgian professional football club based in Kutaisi, Georgia's third largest city. 'Torpedo Kutaisi' was founded in 1946 and in just three years the club became the winner of the Football Championship of that time. Torpedo's home ground is Ramaz Shengelia Stadium. Locomotive Tbilisi
FC Locomotive Tbilisi is a Georgian football club from the capital, Tbilisi. During the existence of the USSR the club was a part of the Lokomotiv Voluntary Sports Society. The club has strong connections with the Georgian Railways. History Locomotive was founded on 14 August 1936 as a part of Lokomotiv sports society. The club won Georgian championship in 1937, which gave them the permission to participate in USSR Top League. Their debut season in the highest level of the Soviet football championship came in 1938, where the club took 24th place out of 26 and got relegated. FC Shukura Kobuleti, commonly known as Shukura Kobuleti or simply Shukura, is a Georgian football club from Kobuleti, the second largest city of Adjara. 2022 Erovnuli Liga 2
The 2022 Erovnuli Liga 2 was the sixth season under its current title and the 34th season of second-tier football in Georgia. The four-round competition began on 1 March and ended on 2 December with playoffs completed on 12 December. Format The winner gain automatic promotion to Erovnuli Liga, while the next two teams participate in play-offs against their top-flight rivals. After the initial 13 rounds, an extraordinary situation in late May resulted in early relegation of two clubs to the third tier. Among the remaining eight clubs the bottom two enter a play-off contest against 3rd and 4th teams of Liga 3 at the end of the season. A two-legged tie will be played at each side's home ground. Each team played 28 matches in this shortened season. Malta International Football Tournament 2006
The 2006 Malta International Football Tournament was the thirteenth edition of the Malta International Tournament, a biannual football competition organised by the Malta Football Association. The Caucasus () or Caucasia (), is a region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, mainly comprising Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and parts of Southern Russia. Russian First Division
The Russian First League (russian: Первая лига, Pervaya liga), formerly called Russian First Division (russian: Первый дивизион) and Russian Football National League (FNL) (russian: Первенство Футбольной Национальной Лиги, Pervenstvo Futbol'noy Natsional'noy Ligi) is the second level of the Russian football league system. The Russian Professional Football League (PFL) used to run the division. Since 2011, it has been managed by the Football National League. The league consists of 18 clubs. The Erovnuli Liga ( ka, ეროვნული ლიგა - lit. National League) is the top division of professional football in Georgia. Since 1990, it has been organized by the Professional Football League of Georgia and Georgian Football Federation.
