Renzo Revoredo
Renzo Revoredo Zuazo (born 11 May 1986 in Lima) is a Peruvian footballer who plays for Sporting Cristal and the Peru national football team. Club career Early career Revoredo made his official debut in the Peruvian First Division on April 11, 2004, for Sporting Cristal in an away match against Deportivo Wanka. The match was for the 7th round of the 2004 Apertura and finished in a 1–1 draw. On the day of his debut Revoredo was 17 years old and played the entire match. Return to Sporting Cristal On August 10, 2011, during the second half of the 2011 season, it was announced that Revoredo left Universitario and signed a one-year and half contract with Sporting Cristal. Deportivo Wanka is a Peruvian football club, based in the city of Huancayo in the Peruvian Andes. It was founded in 1969 and is named after the Wankas people who formerly inhabited the area and after whom the city of Huancayo is named. The current Deportivo Wanka is merged with Deportivo Pesquero of Chimbote but its home city is still Huancayo. They play their home games at Estadio Huancayo. The 2009 Torneo Descentralizado de Fútbol Profesional (known as the Copa Cable Mágico for sponsorship reasons) was the 93rd season of Association Peruvian football. A total of 16 teams competed in the tournament. The season began on February 14 and concluded on December 13 with the victory of Universitario de Deportes over Alianza Lima in the second leg of the final Play-off, giving Universitario its twenty-fifth Peruvian title. The Peruvian football champions are the winners of the highest league in Peruvian football, which is currently named as Liga 1 and organized by Peruvian Football Federation. The Liga Peruana de Football was established in 1912. It was an amateur league that lasted until 1921 due to scheduling and organizing conflicts. In this league only teams from Lima participated. In 1926, the Peruvian Football Federation took control of organizing the tournament and continued the Peruvian Primera División with the introduction of teams from Callao.
