Rene Comeau
Rene Comeau (born December 14, 1994) is a Canadian curler from Fredericton, New Brunswick. He currently skips his own team on the World Curling Tour. Career Comeau won the 2014 New Brunswick Junior Curling Championship. He skipped the team of Daniel Wenzek, Jordon Craft and Ryan Freeze at the 2014 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. They finished the round robin with a 5–1 record and the championship pool with a 7–3 record, qualifying them for the semifinal. They breezed past Alberta to face Manitoba in the gold medal game. The teams were even in percentages however Manitoba had a key steal of four which was ultimately the difference in the game. New Brunswick earned the silver medal. Comeau would win the provincial championship again in 2015 this time with a new team of Andrew Burgess, Alex MacNeil and Ryan Freeze. Wayne Tallon
Wayne Tallon (born May 22, 1956) is a Canadian curler from Fredericton, New Brunswick. He is the 2013 Canadian Senior champion skip and 2014 World Senior champion skip. Career Ontario Tallon is originally from Ontario. Curling out of the Navy Curling Club in Ottawa, he won three Silver Regalia Tankards, in 1984, 1986 and 1987. New Brunswick men's Tallon would later move to New Brunswick, where he eventually teamed up with another ex-Ontarian in Russ Howard, who had beaten him in the 1986 Ontario championship finals. Tallon played third for the Howard rink that won the 1999 New Brunswick provincial men's championship. The team represented New Brunswick at the 1999 Labatt Brier where they finished in fourth place after losing to Saskatchewan's Gerald Shymko in the playoffs. Christopher Wagner (born May 27, 1991) is an American professional ice hockey forward currently playing under contract to the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). Wagner was selected by the Anaheim Ducks in the fifth round (122nd overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Early career As a youth, Wagner played in the 2004 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the South Shore Kings. Robert Daley (born 1930 in New York City), is an American writer, journalist, and former New York City Police Department officer. He is the author of 31 books, six of which have been adapted for film, and a hundred or so magazine articles and stories. Daley graduated from Fordham University in 1951 and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He spent six seasons as publicity director for the New York Giants of the National Football League in the days of Frank Gifford, Charlie Conerly and Sam Huff. Andrew Charles O'Dell FRSE FRGS FRSGS (1909–1966) was a Scottish geographer and antiquarian. A keen railway enthusiast he left a large collection of railway memorabilia to Aberdeen University, known as the O'Dell Collection. He was joint founder of the Institute of British Geographers in 1933. He was best known to the general public for his involvement in the discovery of the St Ninian's Isle Treasure in Shetland, in 1959. Josh Barry (born June 20, 1992 in Fredericton, New Brunswick) is a Canadian curler. Career Juniors Barry is a four-time New Brunswick junior champion, winning provincial championships between 2010 and 2013. At the 2010 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, he skipped his New Brunswick team of Chris Sleep, Blake Hunter and Alex Kyle to a 5–7 record. At the 2011 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, Barry threw fourth stones on a team skipped by Jon Rennie. That team went 8–4 in round robin play, and lost in a tiebreaker against Newfoundland and Labrador. At the 2012 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, Barry was back to skipping.
