Raymond Chien Kuo-fung
Raymond Ch'ien Kuo-fung GBS CBE JP (, born 26 January 1952 in Tokyo, Japan), also known as Raymond Ch'ien, is a Hong Kong businessman and former politician. "Ch'ien Kuo-fung" literally translates to "money + fruit + abundance" in Chinese. Career He is director of The Wharf Ltd. and HSBC; former non-executive chairman of MTR Corporation Limited until 2015 and chairman of CDC Corporation. He was a director of HSBC Holdings until 2007, when he became Chairman of Hang Seng Bank. He chairs the Advisory Committee on Corruption of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Chairman of the Hong Kong/European Union Business Cooperation Committee, and is a Hong Kong member of the APEC Business Advisory Council. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a British order of chivalry, rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the civil service. The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (), or Wharf (九倉) in short, is a company founded in 1886 in Hong Kong. As its name suggests, the company's original business was in running wharfage and dockside warehousing, and it was originally known as The Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company, Limited and founded by Sir Paul Chater. Katherine Fok Lo Shiu-ching (; ' Lo; born 12 December 1941) is a former Hong Kong government official. She was Secretary for Health and Welfare from 1994 to 1999. Fok was born in 1941 in Hong Kong and was graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1962 and joined the Hong Kong government as an Administrative Officer in September of the same year.
