Katherine Fok
Katherine Fok Lo Shiu-ching (; ' Lo; born 12 December 1941) is a former Hong Kong government official. She was Secretary for Health and Welfare from 1994 to 1999. Fok was born in 1941 in Hong Kong and was graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1962 and joined the Hong Kong government as an Administrative Officer in September of the same year. She had served in various positions in the government including Labour Department, Social Welfare Department, the former Councils Branch, the former General Duties Branch, Home Affairs Department and Urban Services Department. She had also served as Secretary-General for the Office of the Unofficial Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils and the Standing Committee on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service. Secretary For Health And Welfare
The Secretary for Health () is a ministerial position in the Hong Kong Government, who heads the Health Bureau. The current office holder is Lo Chung-mau. The position was created on 1 July 2022, following the reshuffle of the principal officials and reorganisation of the policy bureaux of the Hong Kong Government. It replaced the previous Secretary for Food and Health, and the portfolio with foods transferred to the Secretary for Environment and Ecology. Before that, the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food () was created as a ministerial position who headed the Health, Welfare and Food Bureau (HWFB). Dr. Yeoh Eng Kiong OBE, GBS, JP (; born 16 April 1946) was the Secretary for Health and Welfare between 1999 and 2002, Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food and a member of the Executive Council between 2002 and 2004 in the Hong Kong Government. Independent Commission Against Corruption (Hong Kong)
The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong was established by Governor of Hong Kong, Governor MacLehose of Beoch, Sir Murray MacLehose on 15 February 1974, when Hong Kong was under colonial Hong Kong, British rule. Its main aim was to clean up endemic corruption in the many departments of the Government of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Government through law enforcement, prevention and community education.
