John Paul Cooper (born 1 November 1983) is an English singer and songwriter. He is best known for featuring on the Jonas Blue single " Perfect Strangers". The song was certified platinum in the UK. His follow-up solo single was "September Song". He is signed to Island Records. Career 2002–2006: Access to Music In 2002 JP Cooper studied Contemporary Popular Music at North Trafford College, based at Beehive Mill in Manchester. There he joined a band called Kid Conspiracy, who later changed their name to Azure Glow. They grew a small following locally and enjoyed limited success, releasing self made EPs including ‘December Falls’ and ‘Listen’. They ultimately disbanded following their last UK tour in 2006. 2012–2015: Career beginnings On 27 June 2012, JP Cooper released his first two extended plays ''EP1'' and ''EP2''. Mali-Koa Hood, often credited as Mali-Koa, is an Australian singer and songwriter based in London, United Kingdom. She is the daughter of Joy and David Hood and the older sister of singer, songwriter and 5 Seconds of Summer's bassist, Calum Hood. History In April 2012, at the age of 20, Hood competed in the first season of the singing competition series, The Voice Australia. She covered "American Boy" for her blind audition and did a duet cover of " What's Up?" before being eliminated in the battle rounds portion of the show. Hitlisten, also known as Tracklisten, is a Danish top 40 record chart that is updated every Thursday midnight on the website hitlisten.nu. The weekly Danish singles chart Track Top-40 combines the 40 best-selling tracks from legal music downloads and the sales of music singles on either CD or vinyl. Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. Two parallel sets of charts are concurrently produced and published, one on behalf of Belgium's mainly Dutch-speaking Flanders region, and the other catering to the nation's mainly French-speaking region of Wallonia.
