Rainer Vakra
Rainer Vakra (born 10 March 1981 in Tallinn) is an Estonian politician. He has been a member of XII and XIII Riigikogu. In 2002 he graduated from Tallinn University in environmental management. From 2005 to 2011 he was the elder of Nõmme District. From 2005 to 2012 he was a member of Estonian Centre Party and from 2013 to 2021 he was a member of Estonian Social Democratic Party The Social Democratic Party ( et, Sotsiaaldemokraatlik Erakond, SDE) is a centre-left political party in Estonia. Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. Nõmme
Nõmme ( Estonian for ''"Heath"'') is one of the 8 administrative districts ( et, linnaosa) of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It has a population of 39,422 () and covers an area of , population density is . The district is largely a middle-class suburban area, mostly consisting of listed private homes from the 1920s and 1930s and is sometimes referred to as the "Forest Town." History Nõmme was founded by Nikolai von Glehn, the owner of Jälgimäe Manor, in 1873 as a summerhouse district. The development started around the railway station. In 1926 it was granted town rights, but in the beginning of the Soviet occupation in 1940, it was merged with Tallinn and remains as one of the eight districts of Tallinn to date. Estonian Centre Party
The Estonian Centre Party ( et, Eesti Keskerakond, EK) is a populist political party in Estonia. It was founded in 1991 as a direct successor of the Popular Front of Estonia, and it is currently led by Jüri Ratas. The party was founded on 12 October 1991 from the basis of the Popular Front of Estonia after several parties split from it. Enn Griffel (5 April 1935 – 3 November 2007) was an Estonian auto racing driver, who participated in the Soviet Formula 3 Championship, Soviet Formula Junior, Formula Easter, and East German Formula Three Championship. He held USSR championship titles in Soviet Formula Three Championship in 1968, 1969, 1971, 1972, and 1975, and in Soviet Formula Junior in 1963. He became the Estonian champion in formula circuit racing four times: 1963 in Formula One, 1971, 1972, and 1975 in Formula Three class.
