Angel Trains is a British rolling stock company (ROSCO). Together with Eversholt Rail Group and Porterbrook, it is one of the three original ROSCOs. Angel Trains was established in March 1994 as part of the privatisation of British Rail. In November 1995, it was bought by Nomura Holdings Babcock & Brown and former InterCity (British Rail), InterCity manager John Prideaux. ''Railways Illustrated'' is a British monthly railway magazine. Inside there is detail of news, stock changes, tours, and more. It is aimed at railway enthusiasts. Founded in 2003 by Ian Allan Publishing, it was published by Key Publishing from 2012 until 2020 when purchased by Mortons Media Group. History When the circulation of ''Railway World'' decreased to an unviable level, Ian Allan Publishing, decided to replace the title entirely. The new monthly publication was initially to be called Railways, but given the heavy photographic content of the new title, as well as the similarity of the name to other magazines, the brand of ''Railways Illustrated'' was decided on. British Rail Class 777
The British Rail Class 777 ''METRO'' is a class of electric multiple unit passenger trains currently under construction by Swiss rolling stock manufacturer Stadler Rail, to be used on the Merseyrail network in the Liverpool City Region and the Wirral Peninsula. Ordered in 2016, construction of the units began in 2018. Deployment has been delayed, but , the trains are expected to enter service in 2023. British Rail Class 802
The British Rail Class 802 is a type of high speed bi-mode multiple-unit passenger train designed and produced by the Japanese manufacturer Hitachi Rail. It has been operated by Great Western Railway, TransPennine Express, and Hull Trains; each of these train operating companies have given its own units a unique brand; Great Western Railway's units are branded ''Intercity Express Trains'' (IETs), TransPennine Express units are branded ''Nova 1s'' and Hull Trains' units are branded ''Paragons''.
