Radio Gacko
Radio Gacko (Радио Гацко in the Bosnian Cyrillic alphabet) is a Bosnian local public radio station, broadcasting from Gacko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was launched on 7 December 1992 by the municipal council of Gacko. The station broadcasts a variety of programs such as music, sport, local news and talk shows. Programs are mainly produced in Serbian from 08:00 to 15:00. The estimated number of potential listeners is around 8,061. The radio station is also available in municipalities in East Herzegovina and in neighboring Montenegro. Gacko
Gacko ( sr-cyrl, Гацко) is a town and municipality located in Republika Srpska, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the region of East Herzegovina. As of 2013, the town has a population of 5,784 inhabitants, while the municipality has 8,990 inhabitants. Geography The municipality covers an area of , making it one of the larger municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The town is near the state border with Montenegro. Serbian Language
Serbian (, ) is the standardized variety of the Serbo-Croatian language mainly used by Serbs. East Herzegovina ( sh-Latn-Cyrl, Istočna Hercegovina, Источна Херцеговина) is the eastern part of the historical Herzegovina region in Bosnia and Herzegovina, east of the Neretva river, part of the Republika Srpska entity.
