Hoffmann & Hoffmann were a German singing duo consisting of brothers Michael Hoffmann (born 3 December 1950, Karlsruhe) and Günter Hoffmann (born 4 October 1951, Karlsruhe - died 15 March 1984, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). They had several hits in Germany and are known for their participation in the 1983 Eurovision Song Contest. Career The Hoffmanns' first success came in 1977 with the single "Himbeereis zum Frühstück" ("Raspberry Ice-Cream for Breakfast"), a German version of The Bellamy Brothers' "Crossfire", which reached the top 20. They had four further minor charting singles in the next few years, but their career seemed to lose impetus. Nicole (German Singer)
Nicole Seibert (née Hohloch; born 25 October 1964), known professionally as Nicole, is a German singer, songwriter, musician and producer. In 1982 she was the first German representative to win the Eurovision Song Contest. She has released more than 25 studio albums and 80 singles, some of which she performed and recorded in, among other languages, English, Dutch, and French. She wrote the music and lyrics for some of her recordings. Career Hohloch was born in Saarbrücken, Saarland, West Germany. She began performing at the age of four, but did not achieve commercial success until she was 16, when her first single ("Flieg nicht so hoch, mein kleiner Freund") was released. Volker Lechtenbrink (18 August 1944 – 22 November 2021) was a German actor on stage, in film and television, a singer-songwriter, dubbing artist, stage director and theatre manager. He played in the anti-war movie '' The Bridge'' in 1959 at age 14. He appeared in popular television series including '' Der Kommissar'', '' Der Alte'' and ''Tatort''. Lechtenbrink was stage director at the Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg, and intendant of the Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. Wenche Synnøve Myhre (born 15 February 1947), known in some countries as Wencke Myhre, is a Norwegian singer who has had a great number of hit songs since the 1960s in the Norwegian, Danish, German and Swedish markets and languages. Early career Myhre was born in Kjelsås, Oslo. She got her first recording contract with composer and producer Arne Bendiksen at the age of 13, after winning a talent contest staged by ''Verdens Gang'' newspaper at the Chat Noir theatre in Oslo in 1960.
