The Rwanda Football Federation ( French: ''Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association'', FERWAFA; "Rwandan Association Football Federation"), is the official governing body of association football in Rwanda. It was founded in 1975 and affiliated with CAF and FIFA in 1976 and 1978, respectively. The Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (, , , ; officially abbreviated as CECAFA) is an association of the football playing nations in mostly East Africa and parts of Central Africa. The Rwanda Premier League is the highest division of football in Rwanda. The league was formed in 1975. It was known as the Primus National Football League in 2004 and from 2009–10 to 2012–13, after which sponsorship was taken over by Turbo King. Rwanda Women's National Football Team
The Rwanda women's national football team represents Rwanda in women's association football and is controlled by the Rwandese Association Football Federation. Torsten Spittler
Torsten Frank Spittler (born 7 November 1961) is a German football manager who is the head coach of the Rwanda national football team. Coaching career He started his career as a youth coach before becoming an assistant coach for the Germany Under-16 national team. Spittler has been the football technical director in Mozambique. He was named Talent Development and Performance Expert for the Oman Football Association in October 2015. He was the Perak FA manager for the 2000 season.
