Ruti, Mbarara
Ruti is a neighborhood within Mbarara City Location The settlement is approximately on off Kabale road southwest of Mbarara Central Business District. The area borders with Nyakayojo Division in the west, Nyakakoni in the North, Ruharo in the North east, and Katete ward in the East. Overview Ruti is a ward of Nyamitanga Division in Mbarara City. Its one of the busiest suburbs in Mbarara. Next to Ruti is the famous secondary school called Nyakayojo Secondary School. Ruti is known for acting as the place where long distance trucks heading to Rwanda and Burundi park. The area records high H.I.V status levels in Uganda. Regions Of Uganda
The regions of Uganda are known as Central, Western, Eastern, and Northern. These four regions are in turn divided into districts. There were 56 districts in 2002, which expanded into 111 districts plus one city (Kampala) by 2010. The national government interacts directly with the districts, so regions do not have any definite role in administration. Under British rule before 1962, the regions were functional administrative units and were called provinces, headed by a Provincial Commissioner. The central region is the kingdom of Buganda, which then had a semi-autonomous government headed by the Kabaka (king). As of 17 November 2020, Uganda is divided into 136 districts and the capital city of Kampala, which are grouped into four administrative regions. Since 2005, the Ugandan government has been in the process of dividing districts into smaller units. Mbarara
Mbarara City is a city in the Western Region of Uganda and the second largest city in Uganda after Kampala. The city is divided into 6 boroughs of Kakoba Division, Kamukuzi Division, Nyamitanga Division, Biharwe Division, Kakiika Division, Nyakayojo Division. Nyamitanga Division is one of the six administrative divisions that make up Mbarara Municipality. The six divisions that make Mbarara Municipality include, Kamukuzi Division Nyamitanga Division, Kakoba Division, Biharwe Division, Kakiika Division and Nyakayojo Division. Nyakayojo Secondary School
Nyakayojo is a mixed school in the city of Mbarara, Mbarara District. It is a public school, founded and owned by the Church of Uganda with support from the government of Uganda.
