Rupam Bhuyan ( as, ৰুপম ভূঞা, born 6 March 1980) is an Indian playback singer from Assam. He is the frontman of the Indian fusion band ''North East Breeze''. He is the lead vocalist of the band Tunetellers. He sang in numerous Assamese films including Khobh, Anuradha,Mumtaz ,Akash Chuboloi Mon, Majrati Keteki, Rough and Tough (2018), Krodh(2018), Kokaideu Bindass(2018), KonwarPurar Konwar, TRP, Sringkhal, Mahasamar,Raf and Taf, Surya , Anur, The Government Servent etc. He won Prag Cine Awards-2013 and Prag Cine Awards-2017 in the ''Best Playback Singer (male)'' category for the films Mumtaz and Majrati Keteki.He won the Best Male Playback Singer of Assam category for Ramdhenu Viewers choice award 2013 for the song ''Hahikhini jodi''. Guwahati (, ; formerly rendered Gauhati, ) is the biggest city of the Indian state of Assam and also the largest metropolis in northeastern India. Easy listening (including mood music) is a popular music genre and radio format that was most popular during the 1950s to 1970s. Brahmaputra
The Brahmaputra is a trans-boundary river which flows through Tibet, northeast India, and Bangladesh. It is also known as the Yarlung Tsangpo in Tibetan, the Siang/Dihang River in Arunachali, Luit in Assamese, and Jamuna River in Bangla. It is the 9th largest river in the world by discharge, and the 15th longest. Queen Hazarika (born 16 October 1976) is an Indian playback singer and actress from Assam. She has sung for Assamese films like ''Hiya Diya Niya'' ''Garam Botaah'', ''Mon'', ''Suren Suror Putek'' and ''Sneh Bandhan''. She is the recipient of Rotary Young Achiever Award in 2013. Jim Ankan Deka
Jim Ankan Deka (born 1 June 1980) is an Indian musician, documentary film maker, photographer and director of Bangalore based organisation and music school Eastern Fare Music Foundation. He is the first person from Assam to open a music institute and a production house in Bangalore, India.
