Rukmini Vasanth
Rukmini Vasanth is an Indian actress, who has worked predominantly in the Kannada movie industry. She received widespread critical acclaim for her portrayal of Priya in the 2023 Kannada film '' Sapta Sagaradache Ello''. Life and career Rukmini Vasanth was born to a Kannada-speaking family in Bangalore, Karnataka. Her father, Colonel Vasanth Venugopal, is the first recipient from Karnataka of India's highest peacetime military decoration, the Ashoka Chakra. Colonel Vasanth Venugopal was killed in action in 2007 while preventing heavily armed infiltrators from crossing the India-Pakistan border at Uri, Jammu and Kashmir. Her mother, Subhashini Vasanth, is an accomplished Bharatanatyam dancer who has set up a foundation to support war widows in Karnataka. ''SKxARM'' and ''SK23'' are the tentative working titles of an upcoming Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by AR Murugadoss. It is produced by N. V. Prasad under Sri Lakshmi Movies. The film stars Sivakarthikeyan and Rukmini Vasanth in the lead roles, alongside Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Vikranth, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Sanjay and Sachana Namidass. The film was officially announced in September 2023 under its working titles, as it is Sivakarthikeyan and Murugadoss's first collaboration and the former's 23rd film as a lead actor.
