Ruff Ruffman
This is a list of characters that have appeared in the television series ''Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman''. Main * Ruff Ruffman (voiced by Jim Conroy) is the host and main character of the show. Ruff does not like cats though his boss, Blossom, is an exception. Ruff thinks that dogs are superior to them in most ways. He has a crush on Charlene. Ruff grouses about his contract to produce a reality TV program, and the stresses of running one. He loves all food, American-Chinese take-out in particular. Permanent Marker
A permanent marker or indelible marker is a type of marker pen that is used to create permanent or semi-permanent writing on an object. In general, the ink comprises a main carrier solvent, a glyceride, a pyrrolidone, a resin and a colorant, making it water resistant. It is capable of writing on a variety of surfaces from paper to metal to stone. They come in a variety of tip sizes (ultra fine to wide), shapes (chisel point, bullet tip, and wide bristle), and colors (metallic, or ultraviolet reactive). Most markers have alcohol-based solvents. Other types, called paint markers, like spray paint, contain volatile organic compounds which evaporate to dry the ink.
