Saskatchewan ( ; ) is a Provinces and territories of Canada, province in Western Canada, western Canada, bordered on the west by Alberta, on the north by the Northwest Territories, on the east by Manitoba, to the northeast by Nunavut, and on the south by the United States, U.S. states of Montana and North Dakota. Anne, Princess Royal (Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise; born 15 August 1950), is a member of the British royal family. SaskTel Centre (formerly Credit Union Centre, and originally Saskatchewan Place; informally also known as ''Sask Place'') is an arena located in the Agriplace Industrial Park, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Canadian Light Source (CLS) (french: link=no, Centre canadien de rayonnement synchrotron – CCRS) is Canada's national synchrotron light source facility, located on the grounds of the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The CLS has a third-generation 2.9 GeV storage ring, and the building occupies a footprint the size of a Canadian football field. It opened in 2004 after a 30-year campaign by the Canadian scientific community to establish a synchrotron radiation facility in Canada. Wanuskewin Heritage Park is an archaeological site and Museum, non-profit cultural and historical centre of the First Nations in Canada, First Nations just outside the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The faculty's name comes from the Cree language, Cree language word ᐋᐧᓇᐢᑫᐃᐧᐣ or ''wânaskêwin'', meaning, "being at peace with oneself". The site is a National Historic Sites of Canada, National Historic Site of Canada due to the importance of its archaeological resources representing nearly 6000 years of the history of the Plains Indians, Northern Plains peoples.
