Ross Weare
Ross Weare (born 19 March 1977) is a former professional footballer, who played as a forward for Queens Park Rangers and Bristol Rovers in The Football League between 1998 and 2002. He is currently manager of Clapton. Career Weare was born in Perivale, in London, and played for East Ham United. He joined Queens Park Rangers in March 1999 and made four League appearances for the club. In July 2001, he was signed to Bristol Rovers by his old QPR manager Gerry Francis. At Bristol Rovers he scored his first professional goal in a win at Scunthorpe United. He had suffered from back injuries while with QPR, and his ongoing problems in this area lead to his premature retirement from football at the age of 25. He later played for Isthmian League club East Thurrock United. Gerry Francis
Gerald Charles James Francis (born 6 December 1951) is an English former footballer and manager. Playing career Francis made his first team debut for Queens Park Rangers against Liverpool in March 1969. He was captain and central midfield player during the 1970s and was a key player in the QPR side, which came close to winning their first-ever league title in 1976. He won 12 caps for the England team between 1974 and 1976, and was captain for eight of those matches. His International career was limited by a persistent back injury. He left QPR for Crystal Palace in 1979, although he subsequently returned to QPR for a 2nd spell, before a move to Coventry City. However this was a time when he suffered injury problems. The Essex Senior Football League is an English men's football league. It contains clubs from the Essex FA, Hertfordshire FA, London FA, Middlesex FA and the Amateur Football Alliance. It is a feeder league to Division One North of the Isthmian League and has a single division which sits at Step 5 (or Level 9) of the National League System. Founder members The Essex Senior League was formed in 1971 with nine founder members. Scunthorpe United Football Club is a professional association football club based in the town of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, England. The side currently competes in the National League, the fifth tier of the English football league system. Perivale () is an area of Greater London, west of Charing Cross. It is the smallest of the seven towns which make up the London Borough of Ealing.
