''Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies'' is the fifth studio album by Danish rock band Volbeat. The album was released on 5 April 2013. The title refers to the outlaws and gunslingers of the 19th century. This is the band's first album with guitarist Rob Caggiano and their final album with bassist Anders Kjølholm. The track "Room 24", with vocalist King Diamond, was made available for the fans as a free download on 5 April 2013, and was later nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. Volbeat are a Danish rock band formed in Copenhagen in 2001. They play a fusion of rock and roll, heavy metal, and rockabilly. Their current line-up consists of vocalist and guitarist Michael Poulsen, guitarist Rob Caggiano, drummer Jon Larsen and bassist Kaspar Boye Larsen. The Official Albums Chart is a list of albums ranked by physical and digital sales and (from March 2015) audio streaming in the United Kingdom. It was published for the first time on 22 July 1956 and is compiled every week by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on Fridays (previously Sundays). It is broadcast on BBC Radio 1 (top 5) and found on the OCC website as a Top 100 or on UKChartsPlus as a Top 200, with positions continuing until all sales have been tracked in data only available to industry insiders. However, even though number 100 was classed as a hit album (as in the case of The Guinness Book of British Hit Albums) in the 1980s until January 1989, since the compilations were removed this definition was changed to Top 75 with follow-up books such as The Virgin Book of British Hit Albums book only including this data. Aqua is a Danish-Norwegian Europop and Dance-pop band, best known for their 1997 multi-platinum crossover and novelty single "Barbie Girl". The group formed in 1989 as Joyspeed, and achieved international success around the globe in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The band released three albums: '' Aquarium'' in 1997, ''Aquarius'' in 2000 and '' Megalomania'' in 2011. The group sold an estimated 33 million albums and singles, making them the most profitable Danish band ever. The group managed to top the UK Singles Chart with three of their singles. ''Aquarium'' is the debut studio album by Danish-Norwegian band Aqua, released on 26 March 1997. Although the group had been together for three years under their original name Joyspeed, their only release under that name was a single called " Itzy Bitzy Spider". The album is best known for including the successful singles "Barbie Girl", "Doctor Jones" and " Turn Back Time", the first of those being a huge hit around the world. (The album was preceded by the two singles " Roses Are Red" and " My Oh My", with the latter re-released in 1998.) Michael Schøn Poulsen (born 1 April 1975) is a Danish singer, guitarist and songwriter. He is the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and main songwriter of rock band Volbeat. Prior to Volbeat, Poulsen was the vocalist for the death metal band Dominus. Early life Poulsen grew up in Ringsted, Denmark, which is about a from Copenhagen, in a working-class family. He has a twin sister and two older sisters, who are also twins. His parents were big fans of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Chuck Berry. Anthrax is an American heavy metal band from New York City, formed in 1981 by rhythm guitarist Scott Ian and bassist Dan Lilker. Kim Bendix Petersen (born 14 June 1956), better known by his stage name King Diamond, is a Danish rock musician. As a vocalist, he is known for his powerful and wide-ranging countertenor singing voice, in particular his far-reaching falsetto screams. He is the lead vocalist and lyricist for both Mercyful Fate and the eponymous King Diamond. Anders Kjølholm
Anders Nielsen (born 4 March 1974), known professionally as Anders Kjølholm, is a Danish bassist, best known as the former bassist of the Danish heavy metal band Volbeat. Before Volbeat, he was the bassist in Dominus, which also featured Volbeat founding member Michael Poulsen. He primarily uses Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay basses, but is also seen playing a black Fender Jazz Bass and uses TC Electronic amps. Anders is primarily known for his prolific stage presence during performances. He is well known for antics with crowds and is often seen on all parts of the stage interacting with fans. In November 2015 the band announced that Kjølholm would leave Volbeat. They emphasized, that he left in good terms with the band.
