Romeo Constantin Surdu (born 12 January 1984) is a Romanian footballer and manager. Club career Born in Brașov, Surdu began his football career at FC Brașov. During the summer of 2005 he was traded to CFR Cluj. Steaua On 22 August 2007, he signed a four-year contract with Steaua București. On 2 September 2007 played his first match in Steaua's shirt against Unirea Urziceni. In the first season with the team he didn't make a direct impact, playing just 12 league games for the Bucharest team. Loan to FC Braşov For the 2008–09 season he was loaned to his former club FC Brașov where he had a fantastic season. He scored 8 goals, helping FC Brașov finish 1 point from qualifying for UEFA Europa League. Return to Steaua In the summer of 2009 he returned to Steaua București. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship. The league is contested by 14 teams and runs from August to May, with the three lowest-placed teams being relegated to the Cypriot Second Division, and replaced by the top three teams in that division. CS Sporting Juniorul Vaslui (), commonly known as Sporting Vaslui, Juniorul Vaslui or simply as Vaslui, is a Romanian professional football club based in Vaslui, Vaslui County, founded in 2002 and re-founded in 2014. Bogdan Stancu
Bogdan Sorin Stancu (; born 28 June 1987) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a forward. Stancu started his professional career at Argeș Pitești, and had a brief loan spell at Mioveni. Due to an irregularity in his contract he left the club and joined Unirea Urziceni. In the summer of 2008, after two years at Urziceni, he moved to Steaua București and finished his first season as Steaua's top scorer with 11 goals. In the first half of the 2010–11 season Stancu scored 16 times in 27 games after which Galatasaray paid €5m to secure his services. After a not so successful stint at the Turkish club, he joined Orduspor. After they were relegated from the Süper Lig, Stancu moved to Gençlerbirliği for an undisclosed fee. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Liga I was established in 1909 and commenced play for the 1909–10 campaign, being currently on the 29th place in UEFA's league coefficient ranking list. Újpest Football Club () is a Hungarian professional association football, football club, based in Újpest, Budapest, that competes in Nemzeti Bajnokság I. Formed in 1885, Újpest reached the first division of the Hungarian League in Nemzeti Bajnokság I 1905, 1905 and has been relegated only once since then.
