Roman Salanoa
Roman Salanoa (born 28 October 1997) is an American-born, Irish-qualified rugby union player who plays as a prop for United Rugby Championship club Munster. Early life Salanoa was born in Oahu, the third largest of the Hawaiian Islands. He has Samoan ancestry. He attended Kahuku High & Intermediate School and, after helping the school win a state championship in American football in 2015, Salanoa earned an All-State selection as a defensive linesman. Rugby union In his final year of high school, Salanoa began playing rugby union for Kahuku High, and he helped the school to a state championship in the sport, the second such accolade for Salanoa. Wasps Rugby Football Club is a professional rugby union team. They last played in Premiership Rugby, the top division of English rugby until being suspended on 12 October 2022. Benetton Rugby, also known as Benetton Treviso ( or ), is an Italian professional rugby union team based in Treviso, Veneto competing in the United Rugby Championship, the European Rugby Challenge Cup and European Champions Cup. They were announced in September 2018 and began to compete professionally in October 2018. They competed in their first season in MLR in the 2020 season. Major League Rugby (MLR or USMLR) is a professional rugby union competition and the top-level championship for clubs in North America.
