Geography The community is located 41 miles northeast of the city of Duluth at the intersection of Saint Louis County Highway 44 and County Road 55 (Two Harbors–Brimson Road). Rollins is located 23 miles northwest of the city of Two Harbors. The boundary line between Lake and Saint Louis counties is nearby. Lake County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 10,905. Its county seat is Two Harbors. History Prior to the arrival of Europeans, the area had long been inhabited by Native American groups. Two Harbors is a city in and the county seat of Lake County, Minnesota, United States, along the shore of Lake Superior. The population was 3,633 at the 2020 census.
