Rockland All Saints is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Rocklands, in the Breckland district, in the county of Norfolk, England. In 1881 the parish had a population of 324. Breckland is a Non-metropolitan district, local government district in Norfolk, England. Its council is based in Dereham. The district had a population of 130,491 at the 2011 Census. The district derives its name from the Breckland, Breckland landscape region, a gorse-covered sandy heath (habitat), heath of south Norfolk and north Suffolk. The term "Breckland" dates back to at least the 13th century. The district is predominantly rural, with five market towns - Dereham, Thetford, Attleborough, Swaffham and Watton, Norfolk, Watton - and over 100 villages (full list below). Domesday Book () – the Middle English spelling of "Doomsday Book" – is a manuscript record of the "Great Survey" of much of England and parts of Wales completed in 1086 by order of King William I, known as William the Conqueror.
