Rockey Felker (born February 1, 1953) is a former quarterback, head football coach, and retired as director of player personnel for Mississippi State University, in Starkville, Mississippi after the 2017 season. After serving three different stints and working for four different head coaches at Mississippi State, Felker is considered one of the school's native sons. Playing career Felker played quarterback at Mississippi State from 1972 to 1974 under coaches Charley Shira and Bob Tyler after a five-sport career at Haywood High School, Brownsville, Tennessee. Helping lead Mississippi State to a 9–3 season and a win over North Carolina Tar Heels football, North Carolina in the 1974 Sun Bowl, Felker continues rank in the program's top ten in multiple passing categories including: passing yardage (#9), pass completions (#10, 207), yards per attempt (#8, 6.98), passing efficiency (#7, 112.65), and touchdown passes (#7, 23). John Rockey Park
John Rockey Park (May 7, 1833 – September 29, 1900) was a prominent educator in the Territory and State of Utah in the late 19th century, and in many ways was the intellectual father of the University of Utah. Educating "intelligent, industrious and moral" citizens There is a statue of John Rockey Park in an alcove just to the left of the west (front) entrance to the University of Utah main administration building which bears his name. There is a plaque fixed to the base of the statue. Rockey Vaccarella is a resident of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana and a Hurricane Katrina survivor/activist. Clement Daniel Rockey
Clement Daniel Rockey (4 September 1889 – 15 August 1975) was a bishop of the Methodist Church, elected in 1941. Biography He was born in Cawnpore, India, a son of the Noble Lee Rockey, an American missionary pioneer in India. Clement entered the North India Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1914. Prior to his election to the episcopacy, he served as a missionary, an educator, and a district superintendent. For some years he was chaplain to British Methodist troops in Bareilly. He was elected bishop by the Methodist Central Conference of Southern Asia. He returned to the United States and lived out his life in Eugene, Oregon. Sarah (Sally) Jean Rockey (born February 13, 1958) is the inaugural Executive Director of the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research, where she funds innovative agricultural research efforts through private/public partnerships. Prior to this position, Rockey was Deputy Director for Extramural Research at the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH), overseeing research administration for the largest research program in the world. The CBU-100 Cluster Bomb (also called the Mk-20 Rockeye II) is an American cluster bomb which is employed primarily in an anti-tank mode. It weighs 222 kg (490 lbs) and carries 247 ''Mk 118 Mod 1 bomblets''. The anti-tank cluster bomb is an air-launched, conventional free-fall weapon. The Mk 20, CBU-99, and CBU-100 are used against armored vehicles. Design When the Mk 20 bomb cluster is released from the aircraft, the arming wires (primary and/or optional arming) are pulled sufficiently to arm the Mk 339 fuze (and recently the FMU-140 fuze) and release the fins. The positive armed fin release arming wire frees the fin release band, and the movable fins snap open by spring-force. Functioning of the fuze initiates the linear shaped charges in the dispenser which cut the dispenser case in half and disperse the bombs/bomblets.
