Robinsons Town Mall Malabon is a shopping mall located in Malabon, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is the first full service mall in Malabon owned and managed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the second largest mall operator in the Philippines. The mall was opened on December 4, 2013. It is the 37th mall opened by Robinsons in the Philippines and the first and only Robinsons mall in Malabon and the whole Camanava (North Metro Manila) area. Description Robinsons Town Mall sits on a lot on the intersection of Governor Pascual Avenue and Crispin Street in Tinajeros village. It has a gross leasable area of and can house over 250 tenants. Governor Pascual Avenue
Governor Wenceslao Pascual Avenue, commonly known as simply Governor Pascual Avenue, is the principal east–west artery in the city of Malabon in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is an unsigned route in the Philippine highway network classified by the Department of Public Works and Highways as a national tertiary road. The two-lane avenue is the longest of the city's national roads. Portions of it are prone to flooding from the Tullahan River which flows just north of the avenue in east-central Malabon. History The avenue was named after Wenceslao Pascual, a Malabon native who served as the governor of Rizal from 1952 to 1955 when the then-municipality was still part of the province. Robinsons Malls is one of the List of shopping malls in the Philippines, largest shopping malls and retail operators in the Philippines. John Robinson Lim Gokongwei Jr. (; 11 August 1926 – 9 November 2019) was a Filipino businessman, investor, and philanthropist.
