Robert Stambolziev
Robert Alexander P Stambolziev (born 26 October 1990) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a winger for National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 club Preston Lions. A product of Bristol City's Youth Academy to make over 100 appearances in his football career, Stambolziev left Australia at a young age to join the club in the EFL League One, where he played in the Premier Academy League and FA Youth Cup. In 2009, Stambolziev joined Super League Greece club Panathinaikos before playing in three of Greece's four professional league's in the Greek football league system. Between 2012 and 2014, he made over 50 appearances in Cypriot football and also played in the 2016 AFC Champions League for Sydney FC. He later returned to Cypriot football to reach the quarter-finals of the 2017–18 Cypriot Cup with PAEEK. Stambolziev represented Australia at under-20 level between 2008 and 2009. 2017–18 Cypriot Cup
The 2017–18 Cypriot Cup was the 76th edition of the Cypriot Cup. A total of 22 clubs were accepted to enter the competition. It began on 29 November 2019 with the first round and concluded on 16 May 2018 with the final held at GSP Stadium. 2016 AFC Champions League
The 2016 AFC Champions League was the 35th edition of Asia's premier club football tournament organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and the 14th under the current AFC Champions League title. The Football Association Youth Challenge Cup is an English football competition run by The Football Association for under-18 sides. Only those players between the age of 15 and 18 on 31 August of the current season are eligible to take part. It is dominated by the youth sides of professional teams, mostly from the Premier League, but attracts over 400 entrants from throughout the country. At the end of the Second World War the FA organised a Youth Championship for County Associations considering it the best way to stimulate the game among those youngsters not yet old enough to play senior football. The matches did not attract large crowds but outstanding players were selected for Youth Internationals and thousands were given the chance to play in a national contest for the first time. The Premier Academy League (sometimes abbreviated as FAPAL) was the top level of youth football in England before it was to be replaced by a new league proposed by the Elite Player Performance Plan in 2012, which was accepted by the 72 member clubs of The Football League on 20 October 2011.
