Washington House Of Representatives
The Washington House of Representatives is the lower house of the Washington State Legislature, and along with the Washington State Senate makes up the legislature of the U.S. state of Washington. It is composed of 98 Representatives from 49 districts, each of which elects one Senator and two members of the House. They are elected to separate positions with the top-two primary system. All members of the House are elected to a two-year term without term limits. The House meets at the State Capitol in Olympia. Richard A. King (August 30, 1934 – January 15, 2018) was an American educator and politician in the state of Washington. King was born in Ritzville, Washington, and attended the University of Washington, attaining B.A. and M.A. degrees. King was also an educator, serving as a faculty member of the Everett Community College for 31 years until this retirement in the 1990s. The Washington State Senate is the upper house of the Washington State Legislature. The body consists of 49 members, each representing a district with a population of nearly 160,000. Aberdeen () is a city in Grays Harbor County, Washington, United States. The population was 17,013 at the 2020 census.
